Yes, Diana Shallard is a pen name. I like to keep my privacy in many cases, but obviously sharing writing is an exception to that. A lady doesn't share her age, but suffice it to say I'm a member of the "Gen X" crowd. I dabbled in fiction and poetry in my youth and have recently come back to the calling. It had been too long. My goal is and always has been to write - and publish - Young Adult fiction that can cross over to mother-daughter book clubs, but who knows where this journey will take me...
