Nestle hot cocoa with a little bit of french vanilla cappuccino powder mixed in... mostly hot water and about a tablespoon of milk stirred in.

A beef roast in beef broth with chunks of potatoes and carrots mixed in there with it... um, yeah, I think that's about it. Haven't had this in a while- I like smashing the carrots and potatoes and mixing 'em with the broth. Yummy again! ^.^ and no chicken or pork anywhere in there, oh thank goodness!

all those suffering from, or watching a loved one/friend suffer from depression, suicidal thoughts, schizophrenia, ana(anorexia), mia(bulimia), or other mental illnesses...
