Autumn, because it holds shorter days and longer nights, beautiful nights.
Because of the colors and the scents, sights and sounds. The holidays of Samhain (Halloween) and Thanksgiving. All the comfort foods containing pumpkin and squash and all these seasonal fruits and veggies. The sharp cold of the air around you mixed with the warmth of the sunlight on your face. The rainy days to wash clean the air. The promise of winter and beyond that the blooming birth of new life in spring.

I like the spring. It warms the body and the heart after a cold winter. Everything starts growing and blooming. It is an affirmation of life. Also I can run in shorts again and show off my legs.

Well, it isn't a holiday, but Hallowe'en. I just love dressing up and scaring folk and being silly, and doing spells and protection rituals.

Only the people we love can really hurt us. We have opened our selves up to them and are very vulnerable. Plus it is unexpected and no one knows what to say to hurt you more than the people who really know you. So serious.

Wow, there are just so many great entertainers, it's difficult to pinpoint a particular one, but overall, I'd have to say the late Robin Williams never failed to entertain me.

Hmm, red. I'm pretty wary of it, but I do like warmer colours more than cool ones, not to mention, I got really sick of blue when I was building computers, 'cause most LED fans, when LED fans were first popular, were blue. It was truly horrid.

Gonna answer both questions, 'cause I wanna. My favourite cat breed is Kitten, of course, but in genuine feline terms, I'd say those ones that always look sad... Exoctic shorthair, I believe.

I'm on the fence about smoothies. I think it's the texture I'm not keen on.

Yes. I have a few presented to me during my time in the navy. My favorite was the US flag presented to me at my retirement. It came with a personal note from the CNO and President.
