When we speak alone,
we are free to say anything.
We say things we normally would not
and we dream up perfect scenarios
where we always win.

When we are alone,
we are our own champions.
We are the creators and masters,
and nothing can defeat us,
not even death.

When we dream alone,
we are always the hero.
We never do wrong,
no matter what we do,
and we always earn a medal.

But when we speak together,
we watch our words with caution.
We try not to say harsh things,
and when we do,
we cannot take them back.

When we are together,
we must fight together.
We create and rule in unity,
and we are no longer invincible,
regardless of what we say.

When we dream together,
we are no longer the only hero.
We are capable of making bad decisions,
and we are not always liked,
nor do we always earn a medal.

When we are alone,
The entire world is perfect.
But when we are together,
The world is right,
and aren't we better for it?
