family it would be a scary
journey for me.

Into the unknown;
visiting a cousin
who only eats vitamins
and drinks black coffee.
What will I eat and
who will nourish me?

Food is my only life
support, like a parent
who did not let me down.

I meditated on
my dilemma and
a message came to me.
You will not starve from three
days of eating nothing.
Water Is enough to survive.
Be brave.

From that time onward I
lost my fear of having
nothing to eat
