Who can say what lies beyond tomorrow
Will it bring Love and Joy or only sorrow

Of all the questions in my mind
The answers to these I never find

Is it because if I could see
What really lies ahead for me

I would bring about an end
That loved ones simply couldn’t comprehend

And leave them living with the pain,
Or is it to keep me from going insane.

Is it really the best way
To live our lives day by day

Does living my life as best I can
Mean that I’m a part of a bigger plan

My future only God will know
My path follows where he says to go

Will my souls quest be filled
Only when my bodies journey is stilled

Will the answers that I seek
Finally be found at the peak

Of my Journey through this life
Its been filled with love, laughter and strife

What really lies beyond tomorrow
Does anyone have an answer I can borrow?
