In my world I am the King of everything,
Only fields of roses filled with birds that sing;
No wars or strife would haunt my land,
Never a fist raised, only open helping hands.
In my world amber skies at dusk and dawn,
Disease and hunger would all be gone;
Men and women would speak in single tongue,
Age would never distinguish between old and young.
In my world each person would have a voice,
How each would live would be their choice;
No grand plans as envisioned by the few,
We would share our successes and our failures too.
In my world there are rainbows in the sky,
Our weak would be cared for and no child would cry;
Religion and money would be cast aside for good,
Decency and honor among all would be understood.
In my world all creatures humble and bold,
Would be fed and cared for and sheltered from the cold;
Winds that blow would spin the props every hour,
Cities would light all from Mother Nature’s power.
In my world under brightest moon and sun,
We would all hold hands in a future just begun;
Where happiness brings us our every desire and pleasure,
Where a smile and a kiss would be our greatest treasure.
In my world I am the King of everything,
A place where you would always wear my wedding ring;
Where our children and theirs would always laugh and play,
In my world.. you would never go away.
