After talking to you, I walked outside and leaned against the rail 
as I drag my cigarette and look out over the city.
Wondering how this happened,
how using the internet
fills a need, a craving for affection.

I guess I need to know,
what happened to being with your partner
them filling all our wants and needs,
listening to our desires. 
struggling together to make things work 
communicating with each other to fix things.

I guess with the add of technology 
which does help us in some ways 
Has also made it to easy to move on. 
So the art of communication 
being there for our partners, 
to support, listen and being loyal 
Is slowly dying.
