Since I couldn't find a decent rhyming Valentine's Day card for my spouse, I purchased one with nothing inside and inserted my own:

Valentine’s Day is a tribute we pay
to the ones we consider most dear
with words that express
all the love we possess –
that they might not consistently hear.

A day that’s consigned
to ensure I remind
you of how glad I am you’re my wife –
a day to confess
I’m eternally blessed
to have someone like you in my life.

From now ‘till the day
that we’re wrinkled and gray,
I will always be there by your side –
through thick and through thin,
both a lover and friend
who will do all he can to provide.

So let me assure
that our bond will endure,
that’s it’s you I will always adore –
and whatever degree
that your love is for me,
just remember – I still love YOU more!
