Confusing the issues with the written word,

Often happens when trying to

Make another understand your intent with written words alone.

Problems arise when an uneducated person like myself,

Leans toward using words wrong, either spelled

Incorrectly, or using them in the wrong context.

Circumstances sometimes lead the well educated person,

To read between the lines and then assume and

Interpret differently, the original meaning of the uneducated writer.

Overcomplicating the conversation, because of our complicated English language.

Normally this never happens when we converse verbally face to face. Because spelling, punctuation and context do not enter the mix. Facial expression and voice inflection naturally look after that for the uneducated and the educated persons alike. Leading this uneducated man to believe that the use of dictionaries, thesauruses, spell check and punctuation software is the only hope for me.
