clues for us abound
seen the world around
not always recognized
tools found not utilized
tools and clues are still there
leading us sometimes to despair
questions asked not getting answered
search though we do still unanswered
arguments start between mind and heart
often leaving souls empty broken apart
really none of us are a closed book
clues placed there for others to look
sometimes they see sometimes not
sometime not looking all is for not
clues they remain floating around
clues always there always abound
searching for answers never quits
inability to find stretching ones wits
emotions beginning to unravel
lives paths continuing to travel
clues gathered clues digested
things needing done attested
finding them hard to start
afraid of breaking another's heart
becoming a vicious circle
hoping for a miracle
finally running out of gas
one again have to amass
energy needed to continue
searching for the right clue
to deal with things from the past
disposing of them forever at last
