"Hi. What're you...," hesitantly.
"I have breast cancer."
Silence...then..."Oh...," my voice trailing off.
"Here's my sister, Katherine," gesturing.
"I did it seven years ago," that lady smiled. Clumsily taking my hand, then squeezing my arising body. To Jen, "So lucky you took that vacation this summer," then back to me, "Why're you here?"
"Chemo for renal."
"There's not much to be done in costumes now. The play goes on," said Jen moving off.
"Good luck," said Kath.
