"I didn't think I'd see you here."

"I...thought you'd be working."
Leon shrugged, "I got the day off. The pool needs serious cleaning."
I couldn't think of anything else to say. Nothing clever, or funny, like he would enjoy hearing. He tilted his head at me,
"You feeling alright?"
I shrugged then, a mirror of his earlier gesture. "I don't know," I said. "I guess I just never got over you. Not really."
