Hi, I'm Paul, a Dutch guy, living in Germany with kids and dog.
Interests I love to read, particularly fantasy and scifi, paint, enjoy nature and of course I love my kids. From time to time I feel the need to jot down some words and publish them here. Feel free to leave a comment on them. Though life isn't always a party, I firmly try to stick to the motto from a song by Monty Python: If life seems jolly rotten, there's something you've forgotten, and that's to laugh and dance and smile and sing!
Even in the darkest hole, I´ll always try to look at the bright side of life. It works, I´m still here after all.
Favorite Books Anything from Tolkien, Zelazny, Silverberg, Vance and anyone else who writes a good story. And that includes some very talented authors here on storiesspace

At his side, where she belongs That other woman lies And in her nightmares and her dreams That other woman dies More than a hundred different ways With bullets, poison, knives But in her nightmares and her dreams She has a thousand lives Yet when they meet she bows her head Afraid to show the hate That feeds her nightmares and her dreams And leads her to her fate Back in her room she grabs the vial And takes a final breat...
