Thanks so much for your reply to my post. It's always nice to have someone helping the "newbies" like me.
I'm an "old-hand" on websites such as this, but each site seems to have their own set of rules and ways of doing things. I guess that's what makes new members like myself feel like ducks out of water at first, so I really do appreciate all your suggestions and info.

Question: How did you add those links to the bottom of your forum post? I've seen some have quotes there as well as other interesting things. I wouldn't mind personalising my own posts in such a way! But I'm probably still too "young", huh? LOL

My name is Fran and I am new to this website, although an 'old' hand at my own kind of writing.
I write anything that I am inspired to write, from poetry to plays to short stories. Currently, on this site, I have a poem and two short stories (one still to be verified) and I would love to hear your comments. I have no idea how to add links to the forum posts on here, so I hope you have no trouble finding me...or my writing!
