I'm a retired registered nurse, having worked over twenty years in the operating room. I've been happily married to the love my life, Michael, since 1976! We have three beautiful grown children who are our pride and joy: Joe, Sarah, and Stephanie. And let's not forget the real baby of our family: my little toy poodle Lucy. Since retiring from nursing, I've returned to my first love, which is writing, and am currently doing free-lance writing for a few online publications and some other organizations. I write creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry.
Interests I am a history buff, my favorite era being the American Revolutionary War. I also enjoy quilting, reading, and watching classic movies. By the way, I am a dyed-in-the-wool Trekkie!
