Mine is one of the main protagonists of a story I plan to publish as a professional author. His name is Luka Alevaner.

Luka and his personality are inspired by the opposite of Shrek, as odd as it sounds; People assume Luka is a violent and evil monster simply because he is the same race as the evil vampires(The Faded). While Shrek hated the way people treated him, Luka treats it with apathy and sometimes even becomes amused by their ignorance. He refuses to feed on other vampires, despite his desire for the power it offers as he would eventually become a slave to the hunger and lose his own sanity. Each of his victims are offered a final request of their choosing, which he fulfills upon killing said victim. If he is unsuccessful in fulfilling the deed, he does not feed again until one month has passed(which is the average time span between meals for vampires) So in a sense, he spares 1 life. His main flaw is that, like all faded, he has a longing desire for power to make himself stronger. However, he tries to fight it so that he does not become a merciless killer like his brethren. Given the chance, he also prefers to kills humans he deems "dishonorable" or "corrupted". I would consider him an anti-hero as his nature does tend to make most of the other good characters dislike him and refuse to trust him.
my current story plans are:

(3rd person) Scarlet - Story of a girl named Scarlet who murders her parents and makes it look like a double suicide. She gets adopted by a priest and attends a public school where she is both an outcast by the more popular people and looked upon with interest by the trouble makers and a guy named Ridley. She wants more from Ridley than friendship and goes to any lengths to claim him as her own.

(3rd person) Tears of Blood - It focuses on two vampire women, who are also lovers, that go on a feeding spree. Their maker decides to target a small town in the middle of a vast forest, where communication would be easy to sabotage. Although, the two women begin to feel a bit of remorse for some of their victims and wonder if their maker is really worth serving.

(1st person)Blessed Art Thou - Focuses on a man named, Scott, who is in debt, has lost his job, and his wife has left him for another man. He stumbles upon a house that has long been abandoned and meets the ghost of a girl who promises him anything his heart desires if he can bring her killers to the house so that she can have her vengeance fulfilled. Should he fail, she vows to end his life.

The first two will likely be series of about 3-4 different sections, but this is all me making guesses. Long as I come up with ideas to further them and if people remain interested, I'll continue them.

The third will be a single short story, but it may have spiritual successors. I also appreciate any advice or suggestions.
