We had discussed this, as it had come up before, and it was decided that a recipe category is not a good idea, since it's not really creative writing which is what the site is about...it would be different if the recipe is part of a larger story, and then it would go in whatever category the story itself best fit...

You could feel free to start a forum topic though...the Break Room would probably be your best bet...


Well, actually there are some really creative recipes (I have a couple myself), and it might be fun. So, why not give it a shot ???

I personally write because I get the "urge" to do it. I just gotta write when the story starts writing itself in my mind, and if I don't write something to remember it, it will very likely get lost. In fact when I start to write, the ideas flow and I can't stop. I love it.
