I was writing a story just there and realised that spellcheck is on. I don't usually have spellcheck on because I like to make up my own words. If I do have spellcheck on, I don't have it set to autocorrect.

Who here likes to have spellcheck on and do you have it set to autocorrect?
Ghosts, flamingos, guitars and vodka. Eclectic subjects, eccentric stories:

Humorous guide & Recommended Read =^.^= How To Make a Cup of Tea
A flash fiction series :) A Random Moment in Time
Editors' Pick! :D I Am The Deep, Dark Woods
And another EP!: The Fragility of Age
=^.^=
I keep spell check on, so it will underline things, but I never have it set to auto correct.

I learned that lesson a long time ago when one of the papers I was writing for college ended up having someones name auto-corrected to something
ridiculous.
I have spell-check on all the time - believe it or not, I'm a terrible speller. Don't like auto-correct, prefer fixing my own errors.

“Many people hear voices when no one is there. Some of them are called mad and are shut up in rooms where they stare at the walls all day. Others are called writers and they do pretty much the same thing.”

I have spellcheck on with autocorrect. I rarely make a spelling error. As I write there is a strange feeling I get when I spell wrong or use the wrong grammar. My training as a computer programmer and analyst forces a discipline that helps in writing. Most times I finish a story and it is ready to post. A very bad habit.
I just keep hopping from place to place.
I never stay too long.
I just keep moving singing a song.
So you better stop me if you want to chat.
