How do you kindly tell an idiot, no stop no, leave me alone. I dont want your advances, I dont like you like that. No we can't hang out. No dont come to my work, you'll only get my distracted and possibly fired since it is what, my second day. Come on man, I'm not playing hard to get.

That's pretty damned clear to me, but some of my gender are total aresholes who think that that is playing hard to get. I think the most clear message you could send him is to tell him to back off, or he'll get (take your pick) either a kick in the balls or a visit from the local police. There's not much room for kindness, I'm afraid. He's not being kind to you, so you don't need to be kind back.
Idiots like that make me fear for my gender.
