Is it possible to insert illustrations into a story?

If it is, please tell me how, if it is not, I think it would be a very nice feature to add.

It isn't possible right now. I was wishing for the same things recently, for a text I want to write.

I discovered that the editor on the submit page allows pasting pictures into the story, however, when you click continue, they are all gone.

It would certainly enhance some stories, if they could be illustrated, and it would enable an entirely new category: comics
