An Announcement

Over the next few days, I am going to begin removing my epic tale, The Nurses, from this site. Soon after, the second part, Kindred Spirits, Distant Hearts, and then the third story of the trilogy, The Long Road Home, will also disappear. The reason for this will soon be revealed.

In the meantime, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to all those who read and enjoyed it. They had many thousands of hits.

For those who fell in love with Maria and Katarina, I am currently writing an off-shoot story.

Well, as promised, chapters 5 to 42 of The Nurses have now been deleted. But why? I hear you ask... or maybe not.

I have to say, it was extremely gutwrenching to do it. 😢

And it’s spelled the same way as mine! Very often I find women spell it with er rather than ar 🥰🥰

Maybe it is the European spelling. I used that spelling since Katarina and Maria are both German. There is also Katharina.

Thank you. A few short years ago, I never imagined that I would be a published author. Books were for reading, not writing. It just goes to show that life can be full of surprises.
