Cruise ship. Never done a liner cruise but I can't see it being as comfortable, even if we might get some interesting destinations out of it.

Caribbean or Mediterranean for a cruise?

Enjoy. We went to Milan years ago when Expo was there. My wife had a conference just over the Swiss border in Lugano so we hopped a train and went down for a few days. Nice city and, yeah, that cathedral is amazing.

We plan on visiting Lucerne, Switzerland as well.

These days, rock, but I enjoy both styles of music. Might split the difference and go with symphonic metal. 😊

Really? They go together! Peanut Butter with Strawberry Jam is awesome. But if had to choose one, Jam.

Reeses. Been fond of Peanut Butter Cups and Pieces forever.

Write for the new comp or just be a reader?

Writer. Already thinking of a story for the comp.

Crowded and noisy nightspot or intimate and quiet?

Intimate and quiet

Take out and streaming or dinner out and a movie?

Dinner out and a movie.

Dress for looks or dress for ease and comfort?

Ease and comfort. Fashion plate, I am not.

Cat or dog?

Dog! Cats are too independent and fickle. We've had our dog since he was a 4-week old pup. Will be 13 in June. A huge part of our life and family.

RV or Motel?

I haven't tried an RV yet so probably a motel, but maybe that will change someday.

"Camp" in a trailer or camp in a tent?

Tent. Hiking to the campground so no motorized vehicles to disturb the serenity.

Texas Roadhouse or Arthur Treachers?

Don't have either around here. I think Treachers was in Canada at one time but haven't seen one recently. Anyhow, Treachers. Prefer fish & chips to roadhouse fare.

Ketchup or vinegar on fries? (or mayo if you're so inclined, I've only had that in Europe)

Seafood to Beef might have been a better choice. But seafood for you. Personally, a meat lady. Like the really old ad used to ask "Where's the beef?"

Vinegar. Only 'Five Guy's' has ever given me that choice, though.

Freeway with all its traffic, even if it saves time or Country road, with less traffic, but more time on the road?

Brewery or winery for an outing?

Not really into beer too much. But do like wine, so winery. Fortunately, Virginia is blessed with plenty of winery. Makes for a good weekend road trip too.

Ice cream or Sherbert?

Hmm. There's flavours of both that I like. But maybe sherbert. Had ice cream yesterday.

Cake or pie?

Pie! Without hesitation. Homemade? Make it a certainty. Strawberry-Rhubarb anyone?

Dr. Pepper or Coca Cola?

Coke, if I must, but not really fond of either. Ginger ales and lemon-limey drinks like Sprite are more my usual.

Watch sports live or on TV?

Live, not much of a TV fan

Chicken or beef?

I like beef if it is done right. Not a steak or roast but thin sliced and either stir-fried or in Korean bulgogi. That said, I do eat a lot of chicken, too.

Chicken roasted or fried?

Roasted, of course. Try to avoid anything fried.

Bacon or sausage?

Sausage. More variety and flavour than bacon, I find.

With waffles or pancakes?

Waffles: I like the crispy edges of waffles.

Coffee or tea with breakfast?

Tea, always. With cream and sweetener. Will drink Coffee if not tea, but otherwise tea.

Maple-flavored bacon or bacon drenched in maple syrup is to die for.

Eggs scrambled or over easy?

I like scrambled eggs and can microwave them just how I like them. However, assuming that over-easy means fried with a soft yoke, then that. I like eggs in any form except raw.

Boiled eggs. Hot or cold?

Neither, really. Not a fan. But maybe hot would be okay.

Fruity tea (like an Earl or a lemon) or spicy/savory tea (like a chai)?

Not a fan of decaffeinated teas or coffees, what's the point? But if no choice, fruity.

Bagel, plain or sesame, rasin, etc.

(I was actually thinking of flavoured black teas. Should have specified.)

Sesame, raisin, etc. My current favourite is Cheddar Herb, from a local chain called Great Canadian Bagel.
