I make a quite basic sandwich: Tuna, mayonnaise and mustard, mush them all together, butter the roll, which has to be a well fired one (the ones with the sort of burnt bits on top) and stuff the roll to the gunnels with the filling. Quick and dirty, but gets the job done.
