Mega Thump Publishing has opened submissions to a second anthology called Carnal Horror. Anthologist and horror writer Sawney Hatton wants short stories, serious or humorous, that blend sci-fi and horror together. This anthology will contain a collection of horror tales that employ sex or overt lust as a main theme. (No erotica or paranormal; gore or graphic scenes okay if used as a literary device that adds to the story’s main theme). Word length: 1K-15K words. Token payment: $20/story plus a copy of the book. Reprints okay as long as they never appeared in an anthology. Deadline: August 31, 2014. Read guidelines
