Oh, here you go...are you part of the Commonwealth? It includes Africa and a bunch of other places, a no-fee short story contest..."There will be five winners, one from each region. The overall winner of the Commonwealth Short Story Prize will receive £5,000 and the remaining four regional winners £1,000."...sounds good my Commonwealth friends... happy8
