Reminds me of the countess in the Phantom of the opera. Not ugly but not beautiful, way past her prime to play the lead, and yet denies it and tries to do so anyways. Which all leads to disaster for her.

The problem is that certain people here make it their raison d'etre to get under the skin of those who show weakness of spirit and wind them up to the point that they can no longer take the insidious abuse being dealt out and leave the site. It's only those of us who are made of sterner stuff (or are even more bloody-minded than the abusers) that remain to fight on... I am proud to be in the latter category and will fight the scum that make this place such a misery for others!
