For me it's reading an informitive book full of facts in a quite room next to a warm radiator!
Waking up but then going back to sleep and having a lovely dream.

What's your positive emotions?

always music. I cannot be happy without some music playing. Being able to dance in a large hall with plenty of chance to fill the space around me is great......and hugs from my loved ones.
Love colours our worlds in endless dimensions and unifies all aspects of our activities. Just as sunlight filters through clouds and causes the grasses to turn gold so everything is interlinked in our world.
