Oh oh, you gave me an in to headbang in this thread. Ronnie James Dio joined Sabbath in 1979 after they canned original vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, then left over conflicts with other band members in 1981 and founded Dio with Sabbath drummer Vinnie Appice.
