...so idk if this is a bug or not but I'm posting just in case. 

Anyway, the birthday thing on profiles seems a bit wonky - I actually had to set it to the day after my birthday to get it to show the proper date.

I briefly scanned the other posts. I may have missed it. Can anyone see word counts? If so, where are they?

I’ve noticed it but not mentioned it. Estimated read time appears to have taken its place, but I prefer word count for a number (ha!) of reasons.

We have discussed (across the board) changing it back to the word count in place of the time. Along with having the RR and EP badges back on display and the spacing issues we are having. There are several other things as well. Unfortunately, those are all things that we will have to wait a little bit longer for, at least until all of the technical things get sorted.

Please know, even if it is taking a little longer than we might like to tweak these things, we have not forgotten your concerns.

I just have a quick question if I may. On the old site we had a button that downloaded our stories into one of those zippy things. I can't see it on here. Am I looking in the wrong place or has it gone for good? Thank you. Regards, Verity

A major flaw in the design of this site has come to my attention this morning. I really think it should be corrected immediately and taking precedence. A few minutes ago I was browsing around the StoriesSpace site to see what is where and so on. I clicked on Gallery at the top of the page. To my surprise, it took me to the Gallery for the site Lushstories. There were 2,000 pages of mostly pornographic pictures. 

Just checking around and it appears that the site Lushstories has somehow merged with StoriesSpace. One can get onto various places on the Lush site and then get back to the SS site. I expect they are aware of this problem but if not it really needs to be corrected quickly before family folks visiting our site get a surprise.

 I have a couple small incidents like that but that was right after the upgrade on the other site so I kind of figured it was a transient thing since I was still going back and forth at the time. Have not seen it since leaving the other site.

Oh God, now I see what Larry means. On desktop, we are getting the other toolbar at the top. That needs to be fixed pronto. I'll PM Molly and Maggie so they can chase after the devs.

EDIT: Seems to have been fixed as I was posting that.

Should we still be dropping findings in this thread or start submitting them as tickets (and as an IT manager, I was pleased to see an actual ticketing system on here)?

Hey everyone. I know there have been a few crossovers happening when we are navigating through the site.  I would like to ask you all that if you have one of these "red" crossovers will you please raise a support ticket?

You can find it at the bottom of the page under HELP & INFO. Click Support.

At the top underneath Support FAQ is a sentence that says, "Here you can find..." at the end of that sentence is raise a ticket. Click that.

Once there, just follow the steps to raise a support ticket.

If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

I've had a few. I raised a ticket and was contacted by Sarah. I sent a couple of screen dumps to her. It happened again today so it seems it has yet to be sorted. I was wondering if it was cookie related as I visit both sites. 

I haven't seen it in a couple days, actually. The problem with the cookie theory is that I had it on a brand new computer with a "clean" user profile i.e. one that had never been on Lush. Which would seem to rule out cookies and caching issues. They have heard this from me already.

I may have missed the conversation, but I can’t figure out how to post a picture from my phone. The current set up only allows for a URL or YouTube link.

What am I missing? Or, is this one of the things that is on the techie honey-do list?

Unfortunately, at the moment if you don't have the URL you'd have to upload it into your media file to do that. That is something I have down to ask them about.

Sorry if this has been covered but when I try to go to my profile or stories it’s taking me to red instead of my profile and stories here (from the menu itself, I can circumnavigate by using my name here for example).

It seems to happen at random lately. Normally if you refresh the page or go somewhere else on the site it goes back. If it doesn't, then please let me know.

Could you please raise a support ticket? This will help them sort it out. Just in case, the steps up a few posts.

I see there is now an upload tab when you click the camera to add media to a forum post so thanks for that. Have not tested it yet (well, until this post)

Um, what happened to the picture that I uploaded to this post when I made it? It is neither here nor in My Media. And the last couple images I have uploaded to My Media (screenshots related to a problem here) have never appeared either. Shouldn't be an approval issue, should it? In fact, the screenshots were going to Private since I was just going to send them using PMs. I will raise a ticket but is anyone else having problems with uploaded media right now?

Last week I found that I had to go through the uploading procedure TWICE for the same image to stick and appear in my media. The first time, "it" claimed the image had been uploaded but nope, it wasn't there. Second try, it worked. 

And not just for one image either, for a few. Go figger, eh. 🤷🏻‍♀️
