I think even if you don't go with them, they seem to offer a lot of info and tools on the site...not necessarily a big fan of self-publishing myself, but a lot of authors are choosing that option...

Rosanne Dingli, an Australian author who has books both self-published and otherwise has created an instructional doc on using CreateSpace to make a paperback which a lot of people seem to find useful...
