Chicken curry, rice, naan bread and popadoms

Tonight I am planning a special dinner for my wife.
A tossed salad with fresh lettuce, baby tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and sprinkled with cheddar cheese (yes really).
Then baked salmon, hot potato with chives and melted butter, and fresh green beans with a bit of lemon zest and garlic (a specialty of mine).
I am finishing it off with a German Chocolate cake I am secretly baking at my daughter's house.
I hope she loves it.

Vegan stuffed bell peppers.. spanish rice w/vegan crumble.. stewed tomatoes and mushrooms.. I'm the only meat eater in family but sometimes I have to downgrade..

Elk tri-tips (A friend caught it tail end of elk season last year) sat in some dry rub, fired rice mixed in some greens out of my garden, and some salad, and some Grandma homemade cornbread and homemade ice cream that Grandma made also.
