Freshly caught (by my better half and son) wheat fish (Sea trout) grilled with garlic butter and dill and lemons. (It was a successful day of fishing.)

Nothing like going straight from the sea/lake to the grill/pan, eh? I've never been much of a fisherman, but in my youth going to the family cottage with my family, we usually had a few meals of fresh caught lake trout or smallmouth bass courtesy of Dad and brother who were.

Seafood chowder and fresh bread.

Halloween looms and my annual story is here. Is it a trick? Or a treat? Let me know.
