I think there may be an error here. The only Peranto I can find is the name of a race horse. Since I have found at east nine, 5 letter words and three, 4 letter words that start with ES, then I must invoke the rule:
"In the event that a word using the last two or three letters cannot be created, A genuine place name such as a town, village, district, etc, may be substituted.
ACRONYMS may NOT be used unless they are accepted by the OED as in everyday use, such as SCUBA"
However, I am thinking that you maybe were thinking of 'Esperanto' in which case, this would be the wrong thread as that would be the 'Last two letters' thread.
