That made me smile.

I actually had an employee filling out paperwork on her first day, but asked we not contact her last employer as she had only taken a leave of absence in the event the new job did not work out. Needless to say, it did not.

I know, not quite a resume story, but close and pretty funny.
We don't know how much we don't know.
